SERVICES
FOR LAWYERS AND LEGAL TEAMS
-
Parenting Plan Consultation:
Parenting plans are one of the most important and also emotionally charged parts of the divorce process. I provide in-person and virtual support to collaborate with legal teams as well as individual meetings with lawyers and clients to work on crafting child-focused parenting plans. Working together, we can support clients in prioritizing the needs of the children and finding workable solutions to complicated, emotionally charged roadblocks.
-
Co-Mediation:
I am a certified mediator and licensed social worker who can bring an expertise in helping clients move through challenging roadblocks during the divorce process. I work alongside you to help facilitate child-first dialogue between your clients to help them find workable solutions and move the mediation forward. -
Collaborative Mental Health Neutral:
In my work as a Mental Health Neutral, I am available to be a part of your collaborative team. My unique perspective as a person who has been through a collaborative divorce myself gives me the ability to understand the client experience and facilitate productive, results-driven conversations. -
Separation and Divorce Coaching:
Oftentimes, clients need support navigating through the emotional aspect of the divorce process. In my work, I help them find clarity in their decision making, enabling the case to move forward. Part of the work is providing real-time support to your client for non-legal issues arising in their day to day as they are restructuring their family.
CO-PARENTING & DIVORCE SERVICES
Co-parenting is challenging. Divorce can become about legalese - but what about the needs of your specific family?
As a licensed social worker, certified coach, and mental health neutral, I bring tools and expertise to my consultations that open up solutions and take the burden off of the solution relying on only you.

I share a bit of my personal journey in my "about me" section, but I want to emphasize here that as someone who has been through the divorce process and actively co-parents, I bring a deep capacity for empathy and understanding so often missing in this process. I can say, genuinely - I get it. Let's work together so you don't have to navigate this process alone.

SERVICES
FOR CO-PARENTING AND/OR DIVORCING INDIVIDUALS
-
Co-Parenting Consultation and Coaching:
Most parents' primary concern when going through a divorce is how to shield their children from its emotional repercussions. As a co-parent specialist, I support parents as they transition from parenting in a single household to co-parenting. My skills as a mental health professional and my advanced training ensure that our work together keeps your child at the center of the divorce, not in the middle of it.

By prioritizing an understanding of children's needs and unique family structures, parents can attend to these needs during and after the transition process. Working with a co-parenting specialist helps reduce conflict and allows parents to prioritize their children's overall emotional well-being and security.
By coaching you on how to tell your children about the divorce, supporting their transition to two homes, navigating their complex emotions, and creating a child-focused parenting plan with healthy boundaries, I build long-lasting relationships with my clients that extend beyond the initial transition. Understanding the effects of divorce on the family unit as a prolonged process, I provide long-term comprehensive support as needed.
-
Divorce Coaching:
I offer regular sessions that facilitate dialogue and create a safe space to see and hear the pain points. My experience as a mental health neutral enables me to support in identifying positive action plans forward. -
Certified Mediator:
My work as a co-mediator helps the clients to get unstuck when navigating emotionally challenging moments. I specialize in helping create parenting plans uniquely tailored to your family's needs. The parenting plans we collaborate on are child-focused and grow with your family.
COACHING
Divorce can force us into a silo, a deep hole of responsibility with no emotional, social, or logistical support.
You don't have to do this alone.
I provide space for you to be seen and heard during your divorce. Together, we work through the mental blocks you are facing and help you get where you are going faster and more efficiently. where your pain points are validated, your needs are seen and heard, and your challenges aren't carried alone.

As a licensed social worker, therapist, and certified divorce and co-parenting coach, I'm available to help you navigate through your mental and emotional burdens so that we unpack the best possible solutions for your life.
As defined by the American Bar Association,

"Divorce coaching is a flexible, goal-oriented process designed to support, motivate, and guide people going through divorce to help them make the best possible decisions for their future, based on their particular interests, needs, and concerns."

Coaching is an action-based process that helps you get where you are going faster and more efficiently. Through our coaching relationship, we will work together to get through the overwhelm and help you to make clear, calm, and rational decisions in a very emotional situation. We work together to create actionable items for you to address and move through. The goals we set are very flexible and meet you where you are to support you through your divorce. Coaching will help hone your communication and self advocacy skills, which will allow you to show up the way you want with your co-parent and through the legal process.
I believe that all of us deserve to be seen and heard. And during this enormous life transition, we can often feel like we are alone. As your coach, I am here to support you and offer you a structured space to meet all the demand of divorce and continue to navigate your daily life. Ultimately, this is a forward-moving process and we work together to figure out how to get you unstuck in the places you are struggling by thinking outside the box to make your current circumstances work for you, not against you.
